hortiONE Bluetooth Dimmer Plug & Play for flexible app and manual lighting control

The hortiONE Bluetooth Dimmer Plug & Play lets you control the output of compatible LED drivers either manually or via Bluetooth. It is designed as a Plug & Play controller for the hortiONE 420 and 600 and can operate up to three LED drivers at the same time. This makes it particularly useful in grow setups where several lights need to be dimmed together or scheduled according to a defined lighting routine.

Manual dimming or stepless Bluetooth control

The rotary knob allows you to switch the connected lights off or select 20, 40, 60, 80 or 100% output. Bluetooth is disabled while using these manual settings. Switching to wireless mode enables stepless adjustment from 1–100% through the Tuya Smart app, allowing you to adapt light intensity to different stages of plant development.

Timers and simulated sunrise and sunset

Bluetooth operation also provides timer control together with sunrise and sunset functions. The gradual transitions can be configured for periods of up to two hours. A direct Bluetooth connection between your smartphone and the dimmer works without a cloud connection. With a separately available compatible gateway, the system can additionally be controlled through the cloud and linked to suitable external sensors.

Plug & Play control for up to three hortiONE LEDs

The controller provides three connections for LED drivers. With the hortiONE 420 LED and hortiONE 600 LED, power for the dimmer can be supplied by the 12 V AUX output of one connected driver. Three suitable control cables are included. The controller is also compatible with 0–10 V dimmable LED drivers. If the driver does not provide a 12 V AUX output, the dimmer can alternatively be powered using a separate 5 V USB power supply. You can find further compatible components in the hortiONE LED range.
