Beschreibung
This climate controller from Cli-mate is an electronic device that controls the temperature of the grow via the extractor fans, for optimal indoor temperatures.
On the side of the climate control box are sockets to connect two extractors which will activate depending on the desired temperature in the grow space. The temperature is adjusted via a handwheel and can be set between 5 and 55ºC.
Once the temperature is selected we will choose the range of the hysteresis, from 1 to 7ºC. For example, by choosing a temperature of 25ºC with 2º of hysteresis, the extractor will turn on or off when the temperature is 2º above or below 25ºC, to prevent the extractor from switching on and off too regularly.
This controller also offers full adjustment of fan speed, meaning we don’t have to operate at full power all the time if we don’t want to.
When the temperature probe, connected by a 4m cable, reaches the desired temperature, for example 25ºC, the extractor will start at the maximum power set by the grower. The power, % max, is controlled via a wheel, which can be set between a minimum of 60% and a maximum of 100%.
However, if the temperature is not reached, the extractor will work at the set minimum, 20% to 60% of the power of the extractor, to ensure fresh air for the plants.
It is also fitted with a fuse to protect the device from possible rises or drops in voltage.
Lastly, it offers 3 operation modes: Automatic for operation according to the data entered by the user, Off – it remains totally inactive – or 100%, working at maximum capacity.
