Midnight Mass

Midnight Mass by Heavyweight Seeds

Mid September is the detail that makes Midnight Mass stand apart in the Heavyweight range. Many photoperiod strains finish later outdoors, while this one brings the harvest window forward. Because the plant can still reach around 190 to 220 cm outside, the variety creates an unusual balance between size and early ripening.

The base of Kashmiri x Bubble Candy explains why Midnight Mass should not be read as a simple heavy indica. Kashmiri gives the structure a more classic depth, while Bubble Candy pulls in a sweeter and slightly brighter line. The result is a 50/50 hybrid that feels calmer than many fruit strains, but less heavy than the name might suggest.

Indoors, height sits around 120 to 160 cm. Under lights, the plant should not be left to correct late. Light topping or LST can help spread the branches earlier; a loose SCROG setup works when the space needs to be used more evenly. Mainlining only makes sense here if enough time is planned for the structure to build properly.

Flowering takes about 8 weeks. Yield sits around 450 to 600 g/m² indoors and roughly 600 to 800 g per plant outdoors. The important part is not the number alone, but the combination: medium to large plant body, early finish, solid flower mass and a frame that still needs air inside it.

The profile brings sweeter Bubble Candy notes against a darker, earthier background. Together with the early outdoor window and larger plant body, this creates a 50/50 line that connects a calm base, a sweeter edge and a practical ripening time.
