ErdPurt by ACE Seeds is a feminized variety for growers looking for a true outdoor indica built for cold, wet, and windy conditions. Within the ACE catalogue, it holds a special position because it was not developed as a classic indoor Afghani, but specifically selected for northern latitudes, higher altitudes, and difficult outdoor environments. That is exactly what sets it clearly apart from many other Afghan lines.

In cultivation, ErdPurt shows a very robust, compact, and clearly hashplant-like plant development with large leaves, thick stems, and mostly columnar growth with little natural branching. The line is strongly oriented toward resilience and early finishing, which makes it feel less like a decorative curiosity and more like a functional outdoor genetic with real practical value. In colder climates where many other Afghan lines fail to ripen safely, ErdPurt shows its real strength.

With a flowering time of around 7 to 8 weeks and an outdoor harvest window from August to early September, ErdPurt belongs to the early finishing feminized indica lines in the ACE programme. Yield is generally listed as average. The THC range is around 0.5 to 8 percent, CBD around 6 to 12 percent, and CBG up to 0.3 percent. The variety is recommended for latitudes from 0º to 55º and shows high cold tolerance, medium heat tolerance, and an overall solid capacity to handle adverse weather. One of its most remarkable traits is the ability to withstand several days of frost and strong wind.

Another defining feature of ErdPurt is its unusual chemical and botanical individuality. The line produces interesting THC/CBD chemotypes, with balanced ratios being common, although more clearly CBD-dominant or THC-dominant individuals can also occasionally appear. At the same time, ErdPurt is an important breeding base because its high CBD content and early outdoor suitability transfer well into hybrids. That is why it carries special value within the ACE programme not only as a finished variety, but also as a genetic tool.

Aromatically, ErdPurt moves in a deep, classical, yet highly distinctive direction. It is described with roasted coffee, earth, hash, and dark forest berries such as blackberry and raspberry, sometimes accompanied by piney or herbal nuances. Added to this is its striking late flowering coloration, where leaves, stems, and buds can develop highly ornamental colour changes depending on expression. This combination of cold-climate outdoor suitability, CBD strength, classic hashplant structure, and decorative finishing colours makes ErdPurt especially distinctive within its category.
