Description
AutoPot Green Hose Connector – quick-fit connection for 16 mm irrigation pipe
The AutoPot Green Hose Connector is a practical snap-on coupling designed to connect 16 mm irrigation pipe to compatible click-fit fittings. It is particularly useful for connecting AutoPot FlexiTank reservoirs and incorporating suitable filters into an irrigation system. The quick-fit design makes it easy to connect pipework and disconnect components whenever adjustments or maintenance are required.
Connect 16 mm irrigation pipe to click-fit fittings
The connector accepts AutoPot irrigation pipe with a 16 mm outer diameter and provides a connection to a standard 1/2-inch click-fit fitting. This allows you to connect your irrigation line to a suitable reservoir outlet or another compatible component. Matching AutoPot 16 mm irrigation pipe is available separately.
Compatible with FlexiTank reservoirs and AutoPot ProFilter
One common application is connecting irrigation pipe to the click-fit tap fitted to AutoPot FlexiTank reservoirs. For example, it can be used with the appropriate outlet on an AutoPot 100-litre FlexiTank.
The green coupling is also used when installing the AutoPot ProFilter in 16 mm irrigation pipework. Two connectors are required to attach pipework to both sides of the filter. The filter and connectors are separate components.
Simple installation and convenient maintenance
To install the coupling, secure the end of the irrigation pipe in the connector and attach it to the corresponding click-fit fitting. The connection can be released when the system needs cleaning, servicing or rearranging.
After installation, check that the fitting is securely engaged and properly sealed. Additional pipework, fittings and replacement parts can be found in the AutoPot irrigation accessories range.
