Speedy Chile by Royal Queen Seeds
Speedy Chile is not the kind of cultivar that needs a long vegetative phase before it even starts to make sense. The point of this line sits in a short photoperiod run. Royal Queen Seeds lists it as Early Skunk x Skunk x Chile Indica with 70% indica and 30% sativa. You notice that early. The plant pushes along quickly, does not build an overlong frame, and stays much closer to a fast practical indoor and outdoor type than to a sprawling Skunk.
The growth pattern explains why the fast flowering tag actually means something here. RQS gives 60 to 100 cm indoors and 100 to 170 cm outdoors, with a flowering time of just 50 to 55 days and an outdoor finish in early September. That is not just quick on paper. It is the kind of timing that matters when the run needs to wrap early without switching over to an autoflower. Stretch stays manageable, the plant sets a clean frame, and it can be carried through without much corrective work.
In structure, this one is more about usable fill than dramatic single flowers. The tops do not run endlessly long. Instead, the plant works across its frame at a good pace and can spread its weight well. Royal Queen Seeds lists 475 to 525 g per m² indoors and 450 to 500 g per plant outdoors. That suits a strain built neither for maximum height nor for a late finish, but for a tighter run with solid output.
The profile only needs a short read. Fruity, pepper, pine. That already does the job. At up to 16% THC, Speedy Chile is not carried by headline numbers. Its real value sits in its role: short flowering, a moderate frame, little drama in the grow, and a format that closes a very practical gap between a standard photoperiod and an auto.
