The Blumat Support, single is a practical accessory for Tropf-Blumat irrigation systems. It is inserted into the growing medium and can be used either to hold the feeding tube securely in position or to support a Distribution Dripper above the soil. This makes it useful when setting up a new watering layout as well as when extending an existing system or replacing individual supports.
Keep the feeding tube securely positioned
The support provides a simple way to guide the Blumat Feeding Tube neatly through pots, planters or beds. It helps keep the line in its intended position and makes the overall irrigation layout easier to organise. Further compatible components are available in the Blumat irrigation range.
Protect distribution drippers from root ingrowth
Blumat recommends mounting Distribution Drippers on supports. Raising the drip point above the growing medium helps prevent roots from growing into the dripper area and also makes the water discharge easier to inspect. This is particularly useful when arranging several Blumat Distribution Drippers around a larger plant or growing container.
