Orange Bud by Dutch Passion
Orange Bud does not take long to read. The direction is clear almost immediately. This variety moves straight into the bright, fruit led corner and does not treat that as a minor detail, but as the whole face of the line. The orange pull is not limited to aroma alone. It shapes the variety from first impression through to the finish.
The background in an old Skunk selection gives it more hold than one might expect from a plant with this much sweetness. Orange Bud does not feel like a loose fruit variety, but like a clearly guided plant with strong growth, real forward movement and enough substance underneath the brighter surface. That is part of why it has held its place for so long.
The flower picture leans toward compact, resin rich and visually very distinct. The buds come out firm, carry plenty of orange pistils and build that dense, clean look early in bloom. It does not feel rough or coarse, but tidy and tightly held together.
With around 60 days of flowering indoors, the cycle stays quick. Outdoors the harvest moves into the first weeks of October, which suits a variety that does not need an extended finish to show what it is. Across different conditions, it keeps its direction surprisingly well and does not lose its identity even when yield stays strong.
Orange Bud comes through as a clearly drawn Dutch Passion line with a lot of orange in the profile, a clean Skunk base and a plant character that brings freshness and production into the same frame without detours.
