Laranjazz (reguliere zaden)

Beschrijving

Laranjazz is a regular variety from Bask Triangle Farms, an indica-dominant hybrid that this Basque breeder obtained by crossing their cut of Tropicanna MTN with the Banana Zkittlez male. Its most recognizable trait is an aroma of orange and banana smoothie, backed by a short flowering period. Ideal for growers looking to select mothers with a very defined terpene profile and good resin production.

Genetics: Tropicanna MTN x Banana Zkittlez

The breeder describes it as a 60/40 indica-dominant hybrid. The maternal side, Tropicanna MTN, is a cut selected by Oni Seed Co. from Tropicanna Cookies (Girl Scout Cookies x Tangie), chosen for its effervescent nuance of orange soda with salty and musky touches. The father, Banana Zkittlez from Terp Hogz (Banana Z3 x Zkittlez), brings potency, resin, and a marked terpene of ripe banana. As these are regular seeds, you’ll find variability among plants and will be able to make selections.

In cultivation: short cycle and generous production

Indoors, the breeder indicates 8 weeks of flowering, while distributors handle a range of 8-9 weeks. Outdoors, harvest arrives between late September and early October. In indoor cultivation it can reach 650 g/m², and up to 1200 g per plant outdoors; with high returns in extractions. Trichome collection can be considered from week 6 onward.

Flavor and effect: orange, citrus, and sweet banana

On the nose and palate, orange, citrus, and sweet banana dominate, with that touch of orange soda inherited from the maternal cut and more earthy and spicy nuances in some phenotypes. Consulted sources agree on a hybrid-type effect with an indica lean and describe an acidic citrus high with a sweet finish.
