Slush Mint Cake BX1 by Dutch Passion

Slush Mint Cake BX1 by Dutch Passion is a regular limited edition genetic that embodies the best of elite American cannabis. This hybrid, carefully backcrossed by breeder Antonio, stands out for its extreme THC levels (over 28%) and its creamy and gassy terpene profile with XL production both indoors and outdoors. Ideal for experienced growers seeking potency, abundant resin, and an exquisite aroma, this variety is perfect for extractions, demanding tastings, or phenohunting.

Genetics of Slush Mint Cake BX1

This variety is born from the backcross between Slush Mint Cake (Slurmint × Ice Cream Cake) and a male Ice Cream Cake specimen, thus reinforcing the most desirable traits of the original parent: dense buds like stones, an almost unreal layer of trichomes, and an extremely high concentration of cannabinoids. This BX1 version achieves greater stability in cultivation, making it an excellent choice both for finding a mother phenotype and for breeding projects. It inherits from its parents intense and complex flavors, along with a compact and highly productive growth pattern.

Growing Slush Mint Cake BX1

In cultivation, Slush Mint Cake BX1 demonstrates why it’s a championship genetic. It adapts very well to different environments: indoor, outdoor, or greenhouse. Indoors it shows a solid and branched structure, ideal for training techniques like SCROG, LST, or topping. Its flowering ranges between 8 and 9 weeks, with some phenotypes maturing even in 56-60 days. It produces thick and ultra-resinous buds, which are true magnets for resin extractors. Outdoors it also offers good results, with a robust structure that withstands variable conditions well, as long as there’s good ventilation. It delivers abundant harvests of cup-winning quality.

Flavors and effects of Slush Mint Cake BX1

This variety is a feast for the senses. The terpene profile is mainly composed of limonene, myrcene, linalool, caryophyllene, and pinene, which translates into a mix of fruity sweets, caramel notes, gassy nuances, and a creamy ice cream background that makes it addictive from the first hit.

The effect is potent and long-lasting: it starts with a lucid and cheerful cerebral high, and evolves toward a deep physical relaxation without leaving you KO’d. It’s ideal for relaxing, enjoying nature, gaming, or letting creativity flow. Due to its extreme potency, it’s not recommended for beginners or users with low THC tolerance.
