Lineage Love Potion Autoflower

Love Potion Auto is a mostly sativa autoflowering hybrid, 20% Indica / 80% Sativa, from crossing Love Potion #1 with Lowryder.

It carries a berry, bubblegum, fruity and mango flavor over a mostly sativa body high. With a THC of 14% to 16%, it is a great choice for anyone after a happy experience with a good dose of energy.

Origin

Love Potion Auto is the autoflowering version of the award-winning Love Potion strain. It carries a rich genetic heritage from G13, Colombian Gold and Santa Marta, keeping the powerful, distinctive traits of its parent while adding autoflowering genetics for easier cultivation.

These feminized auto seeds are perfect for growers after reliable yields without managing complex light cycles. The genetics offer a delightful blend of potency and flavor, a popular choice for cannabis enthusiasts looking for something special.

Love Potion Auto Sativa or Indica?

Love Potion Auto leans sativa, 20% Indica / 80% Sativa, thanks to its Colombian Gold and Santa Marta genetics. That dominance gives an uplifting, energetic high perfect for daytime use, while the G13 indica influence adds a touch of physical relaxation to balance it out.

The combination makes it versatile: you get the creative mental stimulation typical of sativas, with just enough calm in the body to round off the experience.

Love Potion Autoflower Effects

The effects of Love Potion Auto are primarily uplifting and energetic, with a strong cerebral buzz that sparks creativity and a happy mood. This sativa-leaning strain is ideal for daytime activities, helping you feel motivated and clear-headed, and its euphoric, mood-enhancing character makes it great for socializing or tackling creative projects.

Alongside the mental lift, it offers a gentle physical relaxation from its G13 indica genetics, a pleasant balance that lets you enjoy the stimulation without feeling overly sedated or anxious. Effects vary from person to person.

Love Potion Auto Flowering Time

Love Potion Auto completes its full cycle in 8 to 10 weeks from seed to harvest. As an autoflowering strain it does not depend on specific light cycles, so it is easy to grow indoors or outdoors across different climates, a quick turnaround that appeals to growers after fast, reliable harvests.

Despite the short cycle, it produces dense, resinous buds with the same potency and aroma as the original Love Potion. Its fast flowering and ease of growth make it a favorite for novice and experienced growers alike.

How to Grow Love Potion Autoflower?

Love Potion Auto seeds can be grown indoors or outdoors under optimal conditions. The plants are compact, robust, hardy and moderately easy to grow, though it is always worth guarding against pests. A few methods help retain and enhance the terpenes and flavors of your buds:

• Use a quality substrate. Perlite, peat or coco coir are ideal for moisture retention.
• In our customers’ experience with Love Potion Auto, good technique can increase yields by up to 20%.

As an autoflower, it flowers automatically with age rather than on a light-cycle change, so it is forgiving and quick. It performs well on an 18/6 or 20/4 light schedule for the best yields, and its compact size suits small spaces and indoor tents. Feed quality nutrients through the seedling, vegetative and flowering stages. Outdoors, choose a spot with the most direct sunlight; indoors, set up good tents, fabric pots, LED lighting, an air extractor and a carbon filter.

Keep daytime temperatures between 68 and 80 ℉, and night temperatures 7 to 9 ℉ cooler than the day. These plants prefer low humidity: 55 to 60% in the vegetative phase, around 40% in flowering, and down to 30% by harvest.

Outdoors in the northern hemisphere, sow in April for a first harvest in mid-summer and a second between July and mid-October, at about 17.64 to 21.16 oz per plant (500 to 600 g). Indoors, the cycle runs 8 to 10 weeks from seed to harvest with yields of 1.15 to 1.64 oz/ft² (350 to 500 g/m²).

Ideal Climate for Growing

Love Potion Auto prefers a warm, dry climate similar to Mediterranean regions. This autoflowering variety is highly adaptable but thrives between 68 and 82 ℉ (20 to 28 ℃). Keeping temperatures consistent matters, as big swings can hinder growth, and it grows best in well-draining soil that prevents overwatering and root rot.

In the United States, states that meet these conditions include California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas, with the hot, dry climate the strain prefers. Outdoor growth works well there, while controlled indoor cultivation can give even better results. It is a great pick for novices and experienced growers alike after a low-maintenance, high-yield grow, rewarding proper care with a bountiful harvest.

What does the Love Potion Autoflower Smell Like?

The buds of Love Potion Auto are rock-hard, soaked in resin and often carry a crystalline sheen from the sheer amount of trichomes. On the palate it bursts with sweet berry and bubblegum over a tropical, mango-like fruitiness, the candy-sweet, exotic character it inherits from its Love Potion and Colombian landrace roots.

Love Potion Auto makes for a smooth, soft smoke and a happy experience with a good dose of energy. Thanks to its heavy resin production, it is also an ideal strain for high-quality extracts and concentrates that capture its sweet, fruity profile.

Experiencing the Love Strain

With a Medium THC of 14% to 16%, Love Potion Auto brings a happy, creative and energetic state of mind, an upbeat, clear-headed lift that keeps you cheerful.

It is a mostly sativa plant with a sturdy main stem that supports its satellite branches. It grows well indoors or outdoors, with a similar production and a higher yield when it gets full outdoor sunshine.

Love Potion Auto is a mostly sativa autoflower that takes around 8 to 10 weeks from germination to harvest. Feeding the right nutrients at each stage helps develop resinous buds and trichomes.

Cannabis Terpenes Love Potion Autoflower

Love Potion Auto has a compact three-terpene profile that shapes its aroma and the bright, energetic character of its high, while the sweet berry, bubblegum and mango flavors it is known for trace back to its Love Potion and Colombian landrace roots rather than to any single terpene.

Terpinolene leads the blend, a fresh, fruity-sweet note with a faintly piney, herbal edge that is the closest terpene match to the strain’s candy-like flavor. It is often linked to an uplifting, clear-headed feel rather than sedation. In Love Potion Auto it underpins the creative, happy daytime character and complements the sweet, tropical fruitiness of the smoke.
