Feminized F1 Cannabis strains are strains that have been created by crossing two pure varieties of cannabis. They are often referred to as “first generation hybrids” because they are the first in a long line of crosses that can be used to produce an array of different genetic varieties.

This weed can often produce a variety of different effects, flavors, and aromas. They are typically more stable and uniform than their F2 and F3 counterparts, making them a popular choice for growers.

Amnesia F1 Origin

The Amnesia F1 strain has its genetic roots in a refined combination of elite European and American cannabis varieties. This hybrid was developed by expert breeders aiming to stabilize traits like high potency, rapid growth, and reliable yields. The result is a first generation F1 hybrid that brings consistency and vigor to each plant grown from seed.

While some sources trace the genetics to classic Dutch strains, others highlight influences from U.S. breeding lines. Regardless of origin, Amnesia F1 feminized seeds are designed for performance, offering growers a reliable choice backed by strong parent genetics and international breeding expertise.

Amnesia F1 Sativa or Indica?

Amnesia F1 is a hybrid strain with a clear Sativa dominance, composed of approximately 60% Sativa and 40% Indica. This balance gives it an energizing cerebral effect typical of Sativas, while still offering a touch of physical relaxation from its Indica lineage. The hybrid ratio makes it ideal for daytime use or creative activities.

In terms of genetics, the Amnesia F1 strain inherits its structure and flowering behavior from both sides. Growers using Amnesia F1 feminized seeds can expect a vigorous plant with upward growth and a solid central cola, characteristic of many Sativa dominant hybrids.

Amnesia F1 Effects

The Amnesia F1 strain delivers a fast Energetic, Euphoric and Giggly high that is both mentally stimulating and mood boosting. Users report a clear-headed, euphoric experience that is ideal for staying focused, socializing, or creative tasks. The subtle Indica presence helps keep the effect balanced, avoiding overstimulation.

Thanks to its carefully selected genetics, the high from Amnesia F1 feminized seeds is consistent across grows.

Amnesia F1 Flowering Time

Amnesia F1 has a relatively short flowering time for a Sativa dominant strain, taking only 8 to 10 weeks to reach full maturity after switching to a 12/12 light cycle. This fast bloom period makes it attractive for growers who want quick results without compromising on quality or yield.

When grown from Amnesia F1 feminized seeds, the plants develop uniform bud structures and dense flowers rich in trichomes. The stable genetics of this F1 hybrid ensure a predictable flowering phase, making it a suitable option for both indoor and outdoor cultivation.

Feminized F1 plants need low humidity to thrive. Keep relative humidity (RH) levels at 55%-60% during the vegetative phase. reduce RH to around 40% during the flowering phase. By harvest time, you can reduce RH to 30%.

Outdoors, breeders in the northern hemisphere should sow their cannabis seeds in April for harvest in mid October. Healthy Feminized Amnesia F1 seeds produce about 28 – 42 oz/plant | 800 – 1200 gr/plant of buds each. Indoors, these crops have a flowering time of 9 – 10 weeks and produce about 1.64 – 1.97 oz/ft² | 500 – 600 gr/m².

What does the Strain Smell Like?

The buds of Amnesia F1 are rock hard, soaked in resin and carry a crystalline sheen from the heavy coat of trichomes. The flavor blends fruity, incense and woody notes, with an aroma of sour lemon and fresh citrus over a spicy Haze-and-pepper background.

Amnesia F1 makes a smooth, soft smoke with a happy experience and a good dose of energy. Thanks to its high resin production, it is a good choice for high-quality extracts and concentrates. A good terpene profile enhances the flavors of cannabis plant buds. Terpenes are volatile organic compounds that are produced in the cannabis plant and have an effect on the aroma and flavor of the buds.
