Tsarina Feminized Seeds

Description

Tsarina Feminized is a 60/40 indica/sativa hybrid bred by Aficionado French Connection’ Leo Stone and Professor Q for the Sensi Seeds Breeding Grounds project. They started with the finest Aficionado lines from California, which were then refined at Aficionado’s outdoor breeding facility in Colombia, before being shipped to Sensi Seeds facilities in the Netherlands to play with. This strain is a blend of Maple Leaf Indica with a cross of Faberger (a very complex blend) and Pianono (Key Lime Pie x Sorbetto).

These plants are on the smaller side, but are still capable of creating XXL yields, thanks to their incredibly dense buds, which are ideal for creating extracts. These plants grow best when left to their own devices, and growers may struggle applying advanced growing techniques to them, thanks to their relatively slow vegetative growth and somewhat slim branches. Overall, this strain does best in warmer, Mediterranean climates.

Growth pattern of Tsarina Feminized

Tsarina Feminized cannabis seeds tend to grow into fairly average-sized plants with moderate internodal spacing and broad, sturdy lateral branches. The main cola is a dense and heavy beast with symmetrical side colas and simple canopy control that requires minimal training. However, all of these heavy buds can cause the plant to buckle under their weight, and some additional support is likely a good idea.

Indoor growers should anticipate average-sized plants that are likely to finish flowering at a height of roughly 70-110 cm while producing XXL yields of as much as 460-650 grams per square metre. If grown outdoors, Tsarina Feminized plants can reach nearly double that height, commonly growing as tall as 200 cm and producing up to 550-750 grams per plant. Wherever they’re grown, these plants have a flowering period of 60 to 65 days.

The buds are dense and heavy with rich purple marbling throughout and a thick shell of sticky resin with large trichomes. The flowers are moderately leafy and covered in bushy pistils that turn a pale orange colour, creating a visually stunning contrast with the purple flowers beneath. Overall, Tsarina Feminized performs best when left to grow on its own.

It’s a bit too tall for a sea of green (SOG), and its branches are a bit too short for a screen of green (SCROG). However, the plants respond reasonably well to lollipopping, while the robust main stalk and dominant cola make this a fairly good pick for mainlining.

Effects, taste, and smell of Tsarina Feminized

Once Tsarina Feminized plants near maturity, they take on a powerful, room-filling aroma of tart cherry pastries, caramelised citrus peels, dense, creamy dessert notes, and a slightly subtle musky, gassy aura beneath it all. This smell is sure to attract attention, so privacy-minded growers will want to take extra steps to manage the odour. After drying and curing, the buds develop a powerful, compelling scent, highlighted by sweet, warm cherries, creamy citrus custard, roasted caramel, and hints of buttery brioche, with a velvety musk atop faint nutty undertones.

Sampling Tsarina Feminized unleashes a burst of sweet and sour cherries and baked citrus custard as soon as the smoke passes your lips. On the exhale, users can look forward to notes of creamy caramel, nutmeg, and a subtle whisper of gas. This is all accented by a smooth finish reminiscent of a French dessert, leaving a sweet, buttery aftertaste.

Tsarina Feminized delivers a luxurious, layered hybrid high that’s euphoric, warm, and mentally relaxing, thanks to its indica heritage. The sativa genetics add a subtle sparkle on the front end, followed by deep, serene body bliss that can leave you locked to the couch. This really is a “dessert high” that’s ideal for after dinner or an evening in: comforting, relaxing, and long-lasting.
