Lineage Legend OG strain

Legend OG seeds, from the cross between OG Kush and an unknown strain, produce a mostly Indica strain (70% Indica / 30% Sativa). It tends to show a citrus, woody flavor with a strong, mostly Indica body high and potent happy, relaxed and talkative effects.

It also carries a High THC of 20% – 25%, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a strong, relaxing experience.

Origin

Legend OG is an indica-dominant hybrid originating in the U.S. It is a cross of OG Kush with an unknown strain, which makes it genetically similar to other OG varieties like Larry OG and Kosher Kush, and gives it powerful, well-balanced effects.

Legend OG seeds are popular for their resilient genetics, inherited from OG Kush’s famed stability. They let growers cultivate a strain with signature earthy, pine-like flavors and strong indica effects, a favorite among enthusiasts.

Legend OG Strain Sativa or Indica?

Legend OG is a 70% Indica / 30% Sativa hybrid, predominantly indica in both effects and structure. That indica dominance shows in its ability to deeply relax the body and provide soothing relief.

The 30% sativa side adds a subtle cerebral uplift that keeps the effect from turning overly sedating, which also gives it a happy, sociable edge. That balance makes Legend OG ideal for anyone who enjoys indica-dominant strains with just a touch of mental stimulation, suitable for both day and evening use.

Legend OG Strain Effects

The effects of Legend OG are primarily happy and relaxing, with a strong body high typical of indica strains. It is a good choice for anyone looking to unwind and take the edge off everyday stress or physical tension.

Thanks to its 30% sativa genetics, it also brings a mild cerebral buzz and a sociable, talkative edge, so it stays enjoyable without being too couch-locking. Growers will appreciate its versatility, equally suited to relaxation and light mental stimulation.

Legend OG Seeds Flowering Time

Legend OG has a flowering time of around 8 to 10 weeks, a moderately quick strain to grow, with OG Kush genetics driving its relatively fast, efficient cycle.

In that short window it produces dense, resinous buds that are perfect for extraction. The combination of quick growth and robust, potent effects makes it a favorite among growers looking for efficiency without sacrificing quality.

How to Grow Legend OG Seeds?

Legend OG seeds can be grown indoors or outdoors under optimal conditions to ensure healthy development. Although they are compact, robust and moderately easy to grow, pest prevention is always essential.

You can use different growing methods to retain and enhance the terpenes and flavors of your feminized Legend OG buds:

• Use a quality substrate. Perlite, peat or coco coir are ideal for moisture retention.
• Based on our customers’ experience with these feminized seeds, we know that yields can increase by up to 20%.

For optimal indoor cultivation, Blimburn Seeds advises wide, vertical spaces and the use of the ScrOG method to create a uniform canopy and increase the size of the lower flowers.

Remember that the plants need good nutrients at every stage: seedling, vegetative and flowering.

When growing outdoors, choose the best planting date and a location where the plants receive the maximum hours of sunlight. If you prefer to grow indoors, use good tents, textile pots, LED lighting, an air extractor to circulate clean air and a carbon filter to avoid problems with neighbors or the law.

Keep daytime temperatures between 68-80 ℉ and nighttime temperatures 7 to 9 ℉ cooler than the day. The plants need low humidity to thrive: keep relative humidity (RH) at 55%-60% during the vegetative phase, reduce it to around 40% during flowering and to about 30% by harvest.

Outdoors, growers in the Northern Hemisphere should sow in April to harvest in mid October. Healthy feminized Legend OG seeds produce about 3.53 oz/plant | 100 gr/plant of buds.

Indoors, these crops have a flowering time of 8 – 10 weeks and produce around 0.98 – 1.15 oz/ft² | 300 – 350 gr/m².

Ideal Climate for Growing

Legend OG flourishes in a tropical or subtropical climate, with hot summers and mild-to-warm winters. For the best growth, the ideal temperature range is 65-80 ℉ (18-27 ℃).

High-altitude locations can affect yield and flowering time, so it is best to cultivate at lower altitudes with consistent sunlight. Legend OG thrives in healthy, well-drained soil, with annual rainfall of 20-40 inches (500-1000 mm) to help prevent root-related diseases.

For cultivators in the U.S., the best climates for Legend OG are mainly California, Florida, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, South Carolina, Oregon and Georgia. In these conditions, Legend OG feminized seeds express their full genetic stability and reach their potential.

What does the Strain smell like?

The buds of Legend OG are rock hard, soaked in resin and carry a crystalline sheen from the sheer amount of trichomes. Its taste and aroma are a blend of bright citrus over a classic, earthy-woody OG base.

Legend OG makes a delicious, smooth smoke and delivers a strong, relaxing experience. Thanks to its large resin production, it is also an ideal strain for high quality extracts and concentrates.

Legend OG Strain Terpenes

Legend OG carries a bright citrus aroma over a classic, earthy-woody OG base, built on a deep profile of eighteen terpenes. Four dominant players shape both its scent and its happy, relaxed effect.

Myrcene forms the earthy, musky base of the aroma. The most common cannabis terpene and the one most tied to body relaxation, it drives the soothing calm at the heart of this indica.

Limonene brings the bright citrus note tied to an elevated, positive mood, adding the happy lift that keeps the calm from turning heavy.

Cannabis seeds are sold for collection and genetic preservation. Check the law in your country before germinating them.
