Banana Pil Pil Feminized

Descripción

Banana Pil Pil is a feminized variety from Bask Triangle Farms, an indica-dominant hybrid (60/40) that combines the tropical sweetness of banana with an unusual salty and garlicky background. Its short cycle and sturdy structure make it an interesting option for growers looking for exotic genetics without complicating their day-to-day.

Genetics: Honey Banana x Garlic Headz

The cross comes from Honey Banana x Garlic Headz, two lines of opposite character. From Honey Banana comes the fruity load and the sweetness of ripe banana; from Garlic Headz (a GMO hybrid), that salty and pungent touch that gives it personality and sets it apart from flatter bananas. The result is a medium-sized plant, with solid structure and compact buds that rarely need staking.

In cultivation: manageable and productive

Indoors it stays between 0.90 and 1.20 m and finishes flowering in 8-9 weeks, with approximate yields of 450-550 g/m². Outdoors it stretches up to 1.50-2 m and is harvested in early October in the northern hemisphere, with yields of 600-800 g per plant. The difficulty is low to medium: it barely requires training, although it’s advisable to maintain good ventilation between weeks 6 and 8, when the buds gain density.

Flavor and effect: sweet banana with garlic background

In nose and mouth, sweet banana dominates, accompanied by salty, garlicky nuances and an earthy finish that appears especially during curing. The effect described by the breeder is mixed: body relaxation accompanied by a euphoric and stimulating cerebral touch, more suitable for a quiet afternoon than a full night.
