Kalashnikov Original

Beskrivelse

Kalashnikov Original by Kalashnikov Seeds

Kalashnikov Original is the variety many lines from the breeder can be traced back to. It connects Altai origin with AK-47 influence and feels less polished than many modern hybrids. The character is direct: medium height, robust development and a sativa-leaning pull that still stays manageable.

The genetic base is Altai Sativa x AK-47. With 60 percent sativa and 40 percent indica, Kalashnikov Original sits between movement and stability. Plants reach around 90 to 120 cm and build more through strong branching and even flower formation than through excessive height.

The cycle runs around 55 to 65 days. Indoor yield is listed at about 500 to 600 g per square metre, while outdoor plants are listed at roughly 750 to 1500 g per plant. This keeps the variety close to what Kalashnikov Seeds is known for: not a delicate boutique line, but a resilient feminized genetic with clear output and a readable structure.

Aromatically, Kalashnikov Original moves in a sweet, citrus and lightly fruity direction, with lime, strawberry and a drier base underneath. The variety feels brighter than the breeder’s Kush lines, but more grounded than classic Haze interpretations. That middle ground gives it a distinct place as the original Kalashnikov line.
