Furious Candy

Popis

Furious Candy by Eva Female Seeds

Furious Candy is not a variety that tries to impress through excessive height. Its strength sits in density, short internodes and a compact frame with a strong central flower and productive side branches. In the room, it behaves more like a solid White Family type: broad leaves, a sturdy build and a clear focus on filled flower sites rather than an open, airy structure.

Eva Female Seeds lists the genetics as Papa’s Candy crossed with White Shark, with an indica leaning profile of around 70 percent indica and 30 percent sativa. Papa’s Candy brings the sweeter fruit side into the line, while White Shark reinforces compact growth, broad foliage and strong resin formation. The result is a plant built around dense flowers, firm branching and a clearly controlled shape.

Indoors, the flowering time is around 45 to 50 days. Furious Candy suits controlled spaces when spacing, airflow and canopy work are handled properly. Because the internodes stay short and the flowers can become compact, the plants should not be packed too tightly. Light defoliation can help where larger leaves begin to block air and light from the inner structure.

Outdoors, the variety is best placed in temperate, Mediterranean or protected locations, including greenhouse setups. Its compact build is useful, but it also means the site should offer warmth, air movement and a stable finish rather than a damp microclimate. When grown outside, the key is to keep the plant readable and give the side branches enough room to carry their flower weight cleanly.

The aroma opens with a sweet fruit direction that clearly suggests strawberry bubblegum, supported by earthier and lightly floral notes. The 2nd place at the Canary Islands Cup 2015 in the hash category fits the resin focused side of the variety, but it should remain a short historical note rather than the main argument. Properly framed, Furious Candy is a compact Eva Seeds hybrid for growers who want a short flowering window, strong lateral structure and a distinctly sweet profile in a manageable plant.
